Why one-time and not subscription?
Because subscriptions are the reason people hate this category. Incogni and DeleteMe quietly charge £76 to £115 every year, forever, even when nothing has changed. We charge the first-year price once, deliver the same removal, and offer a small £29 re-scan in year two if anything has come back. Pay once. Never get billed again.
What if a broker has me listed again next year?
Brokers do re-add people. It is a real problem. Twelve months after your first purchase we send you a one-tap email offering the £29 re-scan. We re-check all 150+ brokers and re-remove anything that has reappeared. You only pay if you want it. Never auto-charged.
Can I add a partner later?
Yes. If you bought Basic or Complete and want to add someone, the Couple upgrade is a £60 top-up (the difference between £89 and £149). Email hello@noxaeterna.com with your order number and we will send a Stripe link.
Do you refund?

Yes, in two cases. First, if you change your mind within 14 days and we have not yet sent your power-of-attorney to any broker, you get a full refund on request. UK consumers have this right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations regardless of what we say.

Second, if at day 90 we have removed fewer than 50% of confirmed broker listings for you, we refund 100% without argument. The PDF proof tells the story.

Past day 14, once work has begun, partial refunds are at our discretion. The mechanics are documented in the terms of service.

Is VAT included?
UK prices include 20% VAT. US prices are pre-tax — sales tax is calculated at Stripe checkout based on your billing state. The number you see on this page is the number you pay if you are in the UK.
Why is the US price higher in dollars?
The US broker landscape is wider (Spokeo, BeenVerified, Whitepages, Acxiom, MyLife, plus the background-check sites), and several US brokers charge processing fees we eat for you. The dollar price reflects the wider hit list and the higher per-broker cost — not exchange-rate padding.
