Limited Power of Attorney — Data Erasure Mandate. I, the undersigned (the "Principal"), hereby authorise Nox Æterna Ltd. (Companies House 15782041) and Nox Æterna Inc. (Delaware C-Corp, DUNS 118-940-228) (jointly the "Agent") to act on my behalf for the limited and specific purpose of requesting the erasure, suppression, and de-indexing of my personal data from data brokers, people-search sites, and aggregators operating in the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States.

This mandate is granted under Article 17 of the UK / EU General Data Protection Regulation (the "right to be forgotten"), Section 1798.105 of the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the equivalent state laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and any other US jurisdiction in which the Principal is or has been resident. It does not extend to any other category of legal action.

The Agent is authorised to (i) submit verified deletion requests to any data broker, people-search website, or aggregator; (ii) provide minimum identity-verification information already collected from the Principal under separate consent; (iii) respond to follow-up correspondence necessary to complete the request; and (iv) escalate non-compliance to the Information Commissioner's Office, the Federal Trade Commission, or relevant state Attorney General.

The Agent shall not be authorised to enter into any contract, payment instruction, or financial commitment on the Principal's behalf, nor to access the Principal's accounts with any third party.

This mandate is effective from the date of electronic signature below and remains in force for twelve (12) months, after which it expires automatically unless the Principal renews it. The Principal may revoke this mandate at any time by emailing revoke@noxaeterna.com; revocation takes effect within 48 hours.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above, that the personal data I have provided is accurate, and that I am the natural person to whom the data relates (or have lawful authority to act for them where the family / couple tier applies).
