What we do

Ninety days of silent work.

While you forget us, your removal request moves through 150-plus data brokers — automated where brokers allow it, handled by a person where they do not, and evidenced at every step.

01

Your case file opens

The moment your payment clears, your case opens automatically. Your details are checked, formatted for UK or US records, and stamped with a single order number — the same one that appears on every report you receive. Within seconds, your verified identity, your signed authority and the full 150-broker target list are ready to work.

Automated · case ready in seconds
02

We map your exposure

We scan 150+ broker databases for your name, addresses and aliases — usernames, leaked records, phone numbers and home addresses offered for sale. Anything we can prove is yours is attached to your case; anything ambiguous is flagged for a person to review. The result is a map of exactly where you are exposed, not a guess.

Broker database scan · complete within hours
03

Every opt-out form, filed for you

Some brokers hide their removal forms behind logins, captchas and document uploads. We file them all the same, and photograph every step as evidence. If a form changes overnight, the request is routed to a person instead of failing silently.

Automated browsers · screenshots as evidence
04

Legal letters, sent in your name

Brokers that only respect a written request receive one: a UK GDPR Article 17 or California CCPA deletion letter, signed under the authority you granted us, citing the legal basis that applies to that broker. Replies, denials and verification challenges route straight back to your case — nothing depends on you checking an inbox.

05

We check until it is gone

Every six hours we revisit each broker that has not yet confirmed your deletion. We re-run the search, compare it against the last snapshot, and record whether your data is gone, partially redacted or untouched. Confirmed removals are closed; stragglers receive follow-up letters at day 14, 28 and 56.

Three reports, typeset and signed

At day 30, 60 and 90 we assemble your evidence — every letter sent, every screenshot taken, every broker confirmed gone — into a typeset PDF that mirrors this site's design. Each file carries a cryptographic fingerprint so it cannot be quietly edited, and stays available to you for a year. Counsel-grade if you ever need it; a quiet "done" if you don't.

Delivered to your inbox

Each report is sent to the email you paid with, from reports@noxaeterna.com. If your inbox refuses the attachment, we fall back to a private link that expires after 30 days. After the day-90 report we forget you on purpose — your case file is sealed, encrypted, and only re-opened if you ask for a re-scan.

What we don't promise.

Four things we refuse to claim — because anyone selling you these is, politely, lying to your face.

  • 100% removal.

Realistic numbers are 80% at 30 days and 95% at 90 days. The remaining 5% are foreign-jurisdiction brokers, dormant resellers, and sites that simply ignore the law. We chase them; we don't pretend to win every fight.

  • Dark-web deletion.

Technically impossible. Once a credential, photograph, or address is on a Tor-hosted leak forum it cannot be retracted by any human or legal mechanism. Anyone who promises this is lying. We tell you what's there; we cannot unwrite it.

  • Permanent removal.

Data brokers re-collect. Public records, voter rolls, and credit headers refill their databases every quarter. Expect partial regrowth within twelve months — we offer a £29 re-scan by email twelve months on, never auto-charged.

  • Legal advice.

We are a technical service, not a law firm. We execute the rights you already have under GDPR and CCPA. If a broker takes you to court, you'll need a solicitor — we'll happily hand them every screenshot, header, and timestamp we logged.
