What we do

Ninety days of silent work.

While you forget us, a pipeline of seven services moves your removal request through 150-plus data brokers — automatically, atomically, audit-logged at every hop.

01

Onboarding lambda

The moment Stripe webhooks us a successful payment, an AWS Lambda fires. It provisions a customer record in PostgreSQL, normalises the address into the British or US postal format, and stamps a deterministic ORD-XXXXXX identifier. Within four seconds the queue contains an audit-grade case file with your verified identity, your power-of-attorney signature, and the 150-broker target list.

Runtime · AWS Lambda (Node 20) · < 4 s p99
02

Discovery worker

A dedicated worker fans your details out across SpiderFoot, Sherlock, and Dehashed, mapping the actual surface of your exposure — usernames, leaked credentials, scraped phone numbers, addresses for sale on people-search sites. Anything we can prove is yours gets attached to the case; anything ambiguous is flagged for human review. The output is a deterministic exposure map, not a guess.

Tools · SpiderFoot · Sherlock · Dehashed · runs in < 12 min
03

Playwright workers

For brokers that hide their removal form behind logged-in dashboards, captchas, or PDF uploads, we drive a fleet of headless Playwright workers. Each session uses a clean residential profile, takes screenshots at every interaction, and stores them as evidence. If a form changes overnight, the worker fails loudly and routes the broker to manual review — never silently.

04

GDPR/CCPA email queue

For brokers that only respect a written request, we generate jurisdiction-correct GDPR Article 17 or CCPA §1798.105 letters, sign them under your power of attorney, and dispatch them through Postmark. Each letter carries a unique tracking thread so replies, denials, and verification challenges route back to the case automatically. No template ever leaves without your name, your dates, and the broker-specific legal basis.

05

Status polling

Every six hours a polling service revisits every broker that has not yet confirmed deletion. It re-runs the search query, compares against last week's snapshot, and records whether the record is gone, partially redacted, or untouched. Confirmed removals are marked closed; stragglers are escalated to follow-up letters at day 14, 28, and 56.

06

Reporting lambda

At day 30, 60, and 90 a reporting lambda assembles your evidence pack — every letter sent, every screenshot taken, every broker confirmed gone — and renders it into a typeset PDF that mirrors this site's design system. The file is hashed, signed, and stored in S3 with a year of read access. Counsel-grade if you ever need it; a quiet "done" if you don't.

Output · 1 PDF · ~6 MB · SHA-256 manifested
07

Postmark delivery

The final PDF is delivered to the email you paid with, from reports@noxaeterna.com, via Postmark. Bounce handling is automatic; if your inbox refuses the attachment we fall back to a signed S3 link that expires in 30 days. After the day-90 report we forget you on purpose — your case file is sealed, encrypted, and only re-opened if you buy a re-scan.

Channel · Postmark · TLS-only · attachment + signed fallback

What we don't promise.

Four things we refuse to claim — because anyone selling you these is, politely, lying to your face.

  • 100% removal.

Realistic numbers are 80% at 30 days and 95% at 90 days. The remaining 5% are foreign-jurisdiction brokers, dormant resellers, and sites that simply ignore the law. We chase them; we don't pretend to win every fight.

  • Dark-web deletion.

Technically impossible. Once a credential, photograph, or address is on a Tor-hosted leak forum it cannot be retracted by any human or legal mechanism. Anyone who promises this is lying. We tell you what's there; we cannot unwrite it.

  • Permanent removal.

Data brokers re-collect. Public records, voter rolls, and credit headers refill their databases every quarter. Buy our £29 re-scan add-on for year two if you want this maintained — otherwise expect partial regrowth within twelve months.

  • Legal advice.

We are a technical service, not a law firm. We execute the rights you already have under GDPR and CCPA. If a broker takes you to court, you'll need a solicitor — we'll happily hand them every screenshot, header, and timestamp we logged.
